Refund policy

Returns are accepted, but best avoided as they cost money - postage and payment processing fees we can’t get back!

So if you’re unsure about sizing or want any extra specific details or photos, please reach out via email before ordering.

Please make sure your order is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable). You can open a return request through your order confirmation email. Please note, the buyer is responsible for arranging return postage, and postage costs are non refundable.

 

Return Window

Please post your return back as soon as possible, and within 14 days from the day it was delivered to you. 


Damages and issues 

We always carefully clean and inspect all items, describing any notable issues within each listing. You can buy with confidence that description and photos are specific to the exact item.

Once you’ve received your order, please check you’re happy with it. If there any issues, contact us and we will make find a resolution you’re happy with.

 

Refunds

For all returns and cancellations, there is a restocking fee of 3% on UK orders & 4% on international orders. This is due to payment processing fees being non refundable from all of the large payment processing companies including PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. 

However, you are more than welcome to claim back any restocking fees as store credit for future orders!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 2 business days.
